Séminaire de Chefs: Culinary Art School, Ontario, Toronto

Afin de sensibiliser les professionnels canadiens aux olives de table Européennes, de les familiariser avec le produit et de leur montrer comment incorporer les olives de table dans leurs recettes, deux classes de maître ont eu lieu à la Culinary Arts School of Ontario, à Toronto.

The Panhellenic Association of Table Olives Processors, Packers and Exporters (PEMETE) and the “OLIVE YOU” campaign attended SIAL CANADA on 30/4 - 2/5, to showcase European table olives from Greece in the Canadian and American market, and further develop valuable and effective relationships with professionals of the food business.
