Another “Olive You” Press Event (for reporters and onion makers) took place at “Fig & Olive” high end restaurant (420 West 13th Street, NYC USA), in the heart of Manhattan, on 2/27/2018. This event was held in order to strengthen the image of European table olives and give the opportunity to the reporters to publish articles and press releases.
The guests were informed about the nutritional value and benefits of European Table Olive, by the Executive Chef Timothy Hughes, who gave information, to the guests
specifically: cultivation and production methods, varieties in E, nutrition and health benefits.
Finally in a specially designed menu included appetizer, main course and dessert which were based on the European Table Olives was offered to the guests.
