Aiming to raise the interest of Canadian amateur cooks regarding European table olives, their familiarization with the product as well as the ways to use it in their cooking, 2 foodies seminars were held at the Floga restaurant by Mr Greek in Toronto, Canada.

During the event, foodies were informed about the qualities and flavors of the European table olives, how they are produced and processed, and of course their great nutritional value. Chef of the restaurant Georgina Kaliganis created on the spot, in front of the guests, table dishes based on European table olives, answering their questions and presenting the easiest ways of using table olive in the making of delicious recipes. At the end of each seminar, attendees were naturally given the opportunity to try out the preparations and were handed informative material of the Olive You program!
